This item is handfinished and some natural variation may occur from piece to piece. Minor surface imperfections and surface ripples can occur with handmade products but these will not affect the functionality of the burner in any way.

Remove the wax from the packaging, break off the desired amount off wax. Consider the amount in the bowl to ensure that it won’t overflow once melted. Place the wax in the top of your melter. Light a tea light and place in the burner. The wax will melt slowly in the dish as it heats up and releases the fragrance. When the tea light has been extinguished, the wax will re-harden ready for use next time. Unlike candles, the wax in melts will not evaporate. You can re-use the wax many times until the fragrance has gone.
